Bacula backup using S3 cloud storage says 'Volume "ICHSI-0012" is unavailable now'

Hello,

I'm using bacula-15.0.3 with the S3 volume storage using DigitalOcean 
Spaces. I've been doing this successfully for about 9 months without any 
issues. Today, I got an alert to mount the storage, which I've never had 
before with my configuration. The directory /var/spool/cloud is really a 
symlink pointing at /var/spool/bacula/cloud which is on a separate disk, 
and has been working fine. The permissions look correct to me. This is 
my cache disk. I'm able to access the volume via the DigitalOcean 
console and I don't see any errors there. I'm at a loss for what this 
message means. I've tried using the mount command, which just causes the 
same error in the messages and I get another alert. I've tried 
restarting services and also the entire server with the same result. The 
status.digitalocean.com doesn't show any issues. I'm not sure what else 
I can try to do in order to get my backups running again or figure out 
what is causing this odd message.
