postgres and mq now deploying

Hey, I know you in a meeting until 12 and I'll be leaving around then to
come and see you so I thought I'd send you an update on the postgres and
jms issues.

Last nights postgres issue was due to a change in the datasource xml
structure for 3.2. I've checked in the updates and that aspect is all
good (though I haven't looked at the experimental hsql and sapdb
sources).

The JMS problem was again changes between RC4 and 3.2, The
jms-service.xml has been replaced with jms-ra.rar and jms-ds.xml, there
are some changes to the jbossmq service to make it operate in non jdbc
mode.

I've also removed all of the jboss test message queues.
