I have experienced similar problems to this when performing windows =
installations using certain unzipping tools. Some of these tools =
defaultly shorten the filenames upon unzip and hence when the files they =
are referencing are called in the code then they seem not to exist.=20

Hi again,

For these errors to occur, you must not have unpacked the distribution =
archive completely.

If you are building from source, then you need to make sure you have run =
the build script in the build directory to copy everything you need into =
the appropriate directory structure.

Can you provide a bit more information about how you got to this point?
