Hi,
Just to let you know that Linux From Scratch has changed chapter numbering, so
that the new correct links are:
- "Linux From Scratch GRUB2 Build Instructions":
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/chapter08/grub.html
- "Linux From Scratch GRUB2 Configuration":
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/chapter10/grub.html

Note that we also have build instructions for UEFI at:
