Failed to compile GRUB with musl libc because of cdefs.h

Hello,

I attempted to compile GRUB on a musl libc based system and the compilation
failed because cdefs.h is not present in musl libc.

Information:
OS: Gentoo GNU/Linux
LibC: musl libc 1.2.5-r8

I was able to workaround the issue by providing a standalone cdefs.h. It
might be useful to consider musl libc compatibility in the future.
