Removing someone else's copyright notice is different from choosing
not to add one. Your commit message argues against adding new lines,
but that doesn't justify deleting Jagan's existing notice. Please get
an Ack from Jagan (Cc'd) before dropping this, or leave it in place.
The same applies to the attribution block at the bottom.
