[PATCH] zynq-topic-miami.dts: Use fixed-partitions binding for QSPI NOR

The QSPI partitioning was still using the old syntax, upgrade to the new "fixed-partitions" compatible bindings. This makes the MTD layer recognize the partitions, and CONFIG_MTDPARTS_DEFAULT can be removed.
