[PATCH 5/7] arm64: dts: imx95-navq: add PF09 and PF53 thermal zones

The System Manager supports reading the PF09 and PF53 temperature. The SCMI Agent can read the values through the SCMI sensor protocol. Add the thermal zone nodes to expose the temperature sensors to Linux.
