swarmevolve2.0 errors on linux

Hello,

I have breve1.7 running on a Red Hat 9 workstation.  After downloading 
swarmevolve2.0 (and related push plugin files) and following the setup 
instructions in the Readme, I get the following error:

Running with breve slMalloc debugging enabled.

Set the environment variable MallocStackLogging
in order to see stack traces of unfreed pointers on exit.

I've tried using the binaries supplied in swarmevolve2push.tgz and get 
the following error (I assume this is because they are 1.5 binaries and 
I have 1.7 installed):

0 bytes allocated


Any ideas?
