If nobody allready has a solution... There's the possibility of writing a write filter for steve code so that doxygen could process it. Take a look at pydoxy (http://i31www.ira.uka.de/~baas/pydoxy/) for an example of this. Alternatives might be to write a custom parser (http://synopsis.fresco.org/), or using explicit documentation tags (http://www.xs4all.nl/~rfsber/Robo/robodoc.html).
