compiling breve under Windows

Hello brevers, I'm looking for instructions on how to compile breve in a Windows platform, any information will be welcome. One other thing, I cannot zoom the camera in breve under Windows following the instructions in the readme file (left mouse button + shift). Is this normal? Thanks a lot for your help!
