There isn't one being offered currently, but I will add this, either as 
part
of the win32 distribution or as a separate download.

For the time being, you can try to build one yourself from the object 
files
created during the breve build on Windows.  I know there were some 
problems
building earlier revisions of breve 2.0 on Windows, but now I think the
compile should go smoothly.
