Hi,
documentation on interfacing with breve from another language is 
available at 
http://www.spiderland.org/breve/breve_docs/docs/source.html .  Would 
you like to write breve simulations using another language, or do you 
actually want to interface with steve code from another language?  I 
can provide more details if I can get a better idea of what you're 
trying to do.
