updated breve 2.2 beta for OS X, Linux and Windows

Hi everybody,
the beta of breve 2.2 has been updated to fix a number of problems
people here reported.  Thanks for the feedback, and keep it coming!

This build is getting close to the release.  If there are no major
problems reported, I expect to make the release early next week.

Here's a partial list of the fixes in this build:

- fixed crash in SwarmEvolve-2.0
- added call-method function exports for Windows plugin library
- fixed cryptic "no error" error message
- added documentation to Windows and Linux releases
- resized windows to fit 1024x768 screens
- OS X breve document icons changed
- "java" error message removed
- "vclip" depth errors removed
