Hi William,

     Are you seeing the error:
           the first time you run the script
             or
           when you are running the script second/third time?

     I faced this issue recently twice, it happened when I had to stop 
the exeuction of the script . When I reran the script, I saw similar 
error(that you have stated) . When I ran the script with different port 
number, it worked fine. But I was not able to reproduce it later on.
