The origin (0, 0, 0) corresponds to the center of the world, and simulations may grow out in any direction you choose. The perception of the origin may change according to how you build your simulation and where you place the camera. In general, the coordinates X, Y and Z correspond to left/right, up/ down, back/forth, respectively, although again, these interpretations depend on the relative motion of agents and camera placement. If you are using physical simulation, however, the default gravity is on the Y-axis, so there is a sort of built in meaning to the coordinate system in that case. - jon klein _______________________________________________ breve mailing list [email protected] http://lists.spiderland.org/mailman/listinfo/breve
