If it was me, I'd just include the search URL. This means that each 'back'
would do exactly the same search as one started with...

If I search for 'Unresolved bugs', the URL would be '/buglist.php?type=unres'
and this is what the 'back' would do... Hence, if I close a bug I get forwarded
to the bug view again (if memory serves me right). At the bottom of this (and
EVERY bug view page), I'd get a 'back to list' which would search (again) for
unresolved bugs. But in this case, the bug I just closed is NOT listed, which
is exactly what I intend(ed)....
