[Bug #86] [Base] Pressing Back resumes to the previously selected column sorting order, not to Query Bugs page

+Ummm... how do you suggest I change this?  Maybe browsers changed since I looked
+at them last, but doesn't the back button take you back to the previous page?  When you
+change the sort order, you're loading a new page.
