Where will be in CVS, although I'll put a tarball up for download in 
the usual place.  The when will be sometime today.

Keep in mind that I still need mysql users testing this as well... the 
upgrade script is a new thing for mysql users and I need to make sure 
it works properly (looks ok so far, although it's not overly robust).  
And I also need to make sure there is no regression with mysql support, 
although there shouldn't be (squashed the problem I had with the 
advanced query stuff in mysql earlier today).

The other thing is that I touched every single line of code in anthill, 
so there may be little bugs that cropped up as a result (fixed a few of 
those today as well).  So pretty much everything needs a good solid 
beating, regardless of the db you use.

I'll drop a note here when it's ready for public consumption.
