0.3.0test1 released

It's up... you can either check it out of CVS (module anthill-0.3) or 
download it from the download page.

All subsequent releases until 0.3.0 final will be done via CVS so that 
might be your best bet right now anyways.

Looking forward to hearing what you guys think!

I still have to profile the code to see what kind of difference there 
is between 0.2.x and 0.3.0, but the speed increase should be fairly 
significant.  It also looks like using postgres is faster than mysql.

I'm also thinking of using buffered output with the gzip compression, 
which may make things more efficient for speed and bandwidth.
