Looks good, except for the theme files.  I don't want those localized 
with gettext.  Not everyone will want to keep the same wording.  =)

The others look good tho, thank you.

For the themes, I'm also thinking of doing a full overhaul so that 
everything will be customizable (forms, all pages, etc.) so it doesn't 
make sense to me to update the theme files right now.

But the rest will definitely make it in.
