Did you submit a patch for that?  Sorry... my brain is somewhat 
spindled... I'm trying to build kernels to fix this kernel security 
problem and it has me a bit frazzled.  =)

Yeah, I'd actually like to try to avoid any PHP "code" inside the theme 
files as much as possible, which is where I'm going to be heading with 
them.  I haven't yet determined if I want to have them as individual 
pieces or still have it function driven.

Hmmmm....  that could be interesting because the user language stuff is 
picked up before the configs are even loaded IIRC.  The first thing I 
do is grab the language stuff so I can bind the gettext domain.  Having 
a user preference could be interesting.  Well, the system configs are 
loaded first and the language stuff next, then we check if the user is 
logged in and get their info.

I'll play around after I get the beta out and see how much breakage we 
get from moving things around like this.
