Yeah... I'm not sure how I want to approach this.  I'd like to keep as 
much gettext as possible except for some things (like the FAQ, etc.)... 
things that an admin is most likely to customize (because then it's 
just a waste of translator resources).

=)  It can be a challenge for something this big.

Ok, sounds good.  I'm gonna get the postgres stuff going on my 
powerbook today and we'll see how things behave.  Maybe I'll do the 
beta this weekend and worry about the templates in 0.3.1 or something.
