+I'm now setting $_CONF['meta_lang'] in the diff emails with a Content-Type
+header so I think this should be resolved now.  I've put the code into this site
+and into CVS (so if this does indeed fix it, it'll be done in 0.3.0).

+But I'm making this a duplicate of #83 since it deals with the same thing.
