+All browsers support it?  What about lynx?  Do all browsers disallow users to

+No lynx doesn't support it. Yes, all browsers allow people to turn it off.  Yes, it is

+You cannot tell me that every user who will visit any Anthill site will have
+javascript enabled.  I routinely turn javascript *off*.  I am not confusing java
+and javascript (I'm not a dolt, I know the difference).

+I have to support non-java browsers.  I have to code for non-java browsers.  I
