When changing to Anthill 0.2.6 I converted the database and I had to set the
encoding from "utf-8" to "iso-8859-1" because of the special character
encoding in old bugs in the database.

When doing this, the localisation for german language broke, because all
special characters where shown wrong.
Maybe all language files should translate Ä to
Ä (Ä) or
Ä (Ä)
or anthill should do this for all reported bug texts.

Is a conversation possible for "old" bug reports in the database, so that
they contain unicode instead of iso-8859-1?
