+I (as a submitter) does (usually) don't know who to assign it to, and I really don't care as long as the
+bug is fixed :)

+This could/should only be shown if user have choosen 'advanced mode' (or similar). OR, the admin
+can disable this globaly from the main admin page...
+
+See bug 79 of something that also could be turned on/off (or: 'show submitter', 'show owner' or 'show
+both') by the administrator.
