Glad to hear you have it working!  That's awesome.  I've also committed your
suggestions for CC vs Cc and the $rmail bit in newuser.php.

I would *really* be appreciative if you can give 0.2.4 a spin.  It has a bit
of a different filesystem layout to make it more secure, but if you stumble
across anything in there, I can fix it now.  I'm aiming for a 0.2.4 release
next week (early) and any straggling translations will just be thrown into a
0.2.4.1 later on or something.

Actually, let me package up all of the fixes so far and make a 0.2.4pre2 or
something so you can get everything up to date without having to grab from
CVS.
