How I can to start localized interface?

Hello,

I try to start using of Anthill 0.3.0 with russian interface. In English 
Anthill works true. But I can't to find a way to change interface (Russian 
translation is included in directory tree).

Can anybody help me? I hope to receive detailed instructions.
