Landfill cleanup

I've done a bunch of cleanup on landfill. I have: * moved all Bugzilla installs except the front page ones to /var/www/html/archive, which is not accessible by the webserver * cleaned up the /var/www/html/ directory, removing cruft and dead tools * backed up all MySQL databases to /root/db-backup/ then deleted all the ones except those for the front page installs * disabled no-longer-useful cron jobs in /etc/cron.d/bugzilla.cron * disabled lots of users who haven't logged in since Feb 2012 Let me know if I broke anything.
