A BMO component under the Bugzilla product would be a great way to see
all Mozilla employees incorrectly file bugs about BMO here. So no,
that's really not a good idea. Also, I don't see how BMO has something
to do with landfill.

landfill is at landfill.bugzilla.org, so its domain name is bugzilla.org
and we already have a bugzilla.org component. No need for another component.

Then just file a bug under the bugzilla.org component, or ask wicked
directly.

So someone messed landfill again, because bugzilla-tip was already
running Perl 5.10.1 for more than 2 years.
