The last set of changes I did, I did with authority of a deputy project
lead. And I made sure not to delete anything permanently so changes
could be rolled back if they were wrong (which was true in one case).

That would be dkl, replacing the bzr checkout with a git checkout due to
the recent VCS issues I caused leading to non-updating of the trunk on
the bzr mirror.

It is? That's news to me, and good news. One reason I did some cleanup a
few weeks ago is that in discussion it was thought that no-one had time
to stand up a new box. Is there a bug tracking this work?
