Next project meeting

At the last project meeting[1] we decided that the next scheduled
meeting day, December 24th, would probably be inconvenient, given that
many people would either be on or about to embark on holidays.  Thus it
was proposed that we meet a week earlier, on December 17th, instead, but
*only* if we have any agenda items (beyond the usual recap, which we'd
move forward to January's meeting if it's the only item).

I will send out a note on the 16th indicating if we'll be meeting or not
based on the agenda at that time.
