www.bugzilla.org source is now in Git

Dave Lawrence moved the www.bugzilla.org site over to git about a month
ago, but we didn't manage to get the website actually pulling from there
until this afternoon.  That's now been completed, so as of now, changes
to the www.bugzilla.org website need to be committed to git, not to cvs.

(And that was our last production dependency on CVS!!!)

Now if we can just get the Bugzilla 4.0 branch EOLed we'll be rid of the
last cvs mirror as well.
