Well, you're the project lead, and no-one else has objected, so let's
call this done :-)

Approval is no longer required on trunk except for patches which touch
the DB (or change DB types, e.g. for custom fields, because if someone
creates a new one, then it'll have the wrong type if there's a revert).
Basically, non-rollbackable patches.
