Gnats bug in Notify mail aliases

Hi ,

I found that for notifying people with mail alias like adams-dev-team@list.=
alcatel-lucent.com when PR is opened in new state is not working in Gnats. =
I have given the alias in  categories file at the place of category:descrip=
tion:responsible:notify responsible or notify then people are not getting n=
otification for this mail alias.

Any solution?
