	* configure.in (AC_INIT): Updated to use autoconf v2.50 to specify
	PACKAGE_NAME, PACKAGE_VERSION, and PACKAGE_BUG.  Set version to 4.1.
	(AC_CONFIG_FILES, AC_OUTPUT): Updated use of these macros to v2.50
