mail error

Hi,

This is a new database - copy of another. All other databases are
fine, but I'm getting the following error, and the bugs stays in the
gnats-queue directory.

The permission are ok - I chmod 777 just in case, the file is there.
This is on a linux redhat 7.1 machine.

Here is the alias entry ;

rexb-bug-log:   /usr/local/share/gnats/rexb-db/gnats-adm/bugs.log
