help with file attachments

I'm having trouble viewing file attachments using gnatsweb 4.0 and gnats
4.1, and I was wondering if anyone knows what might be going wrong.  

 

We've entered the following command as administrator.  

 

perl -MCPAN -e 'install MIME::Base64'

 

I modified the pr.c file using Yngve Svendsen's some of Yngve Svendsen's
code (below)
that I found.  Then I ran the Makefile.  I can add an attachment and its
path shows up in the email that gets sent to gnats-admin, but I don't seem
to be able to view the file.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
