We just upgraded to 4.1 at work as well.  I'm a long-time emacs user,
and I can still use `M-x query-pr' and `M-x view-pr' fine.  I haven't
bothered to try `M-x edit-pr' since we've heavily tweaked the fields
in our gnats install.
