Hello, 
I have Gnats/Gnatsweb 4.0 running on a Fedora Linux system and it seems
to be working fine.  However, when using the file attachment feature,
the download box does not appear in the Gnatsweb form after creating a
PR with an attached file.

If someone could provide some help about this issue or whether a
solution exists, I would be appreciative.
