You don't normally browse to port 1529 directly (that's the GNATS daemon port). You browse to gnatsweb.cgi (which must be installed in a normal cgi-bin directory on your web server), usually running on the standard HTTP port 80. Gnatsweb then in turn talks to the GNATS daemon.
