Re: Gnatsweb without root access

Another alternative is to make gnatsweb use gnats without gnatsd,
operating on the filesystem directly instead, though it might be
easier to just rewrite gnatsweb in that case.  I haven't looked at the
source code for gnatsweb in a while, but I'm assuming it strictly
operates through gnatsd.
