In the file dbconfig-recipes.html
(http://www.gnu.org/software/gnats/doc/4_0_beta_snapshot/dbconfig-recipe
s.html), in the section on Providing a Gnatsweb URL in an e-mail
response, it called to type-in the database name into the dbconfig file.
This would necessitate editing this section of dbconfig for every
database..

I wondered if there was a way to capture and pass the value of the
database within which the PR was created to the notification e-mail?

The result would be something like this in dbconfig:

\nYou can VIEW your PR at the following URL\n\
http://www.example.com/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl?cmd=view&database=%s&user=use
rid&password=pwd123&pr=%s\n\n\

fields { "Category" "Database" "Number" "Responsible[fullname]"
          "Category" "Responsible" "Synopsis" "Arrival-Date" }

We are using Gnatsweb v4.00.

Thanks!
