solved. "pending" must be the first entry in the file categories.

Hi,

I would like to use gnats (gnatsd 4.1.0) but I have some problems to get
initial-respone-to-submitter and initial-pr-notification to work.

send-submitter-ack is set to true and I did not modify the defaults in
dbconfig. I created a category gnatstest to tests gnats. If I create a
bug report in this category I did not get an acknowledge and not
notification that I am in charge. Only gnats-admin (which is set to my
e-mail address) gets the mail included below.

Any hints?
