Hi again,

I noticed on your website that your top menu button URLS are functional.

On mine, when I have the "Create Problem Report" form open, the button
URLS are broken:

If I try to click on "Main Page" button when I have the form open:

The work fine if I went into query to begin with, this only happens when
I do a create.
