GNATS integration with Salesforce.com

Hi All,

I look forward for integration GNATS with Salesforce.com. I am a
SFDC(Salesforce.com)consultant engaged with IBM. 

My specific questions are as follows:
-Does GNATS support any open web API's which can be consumed by a third party
application like salesforce.com
-Would these be rest API's or SOAP API's
- Also a few suggested integration techniques which could e recommended.
