no prompt for password via gnatsweb

I've got gnats + gnatsweb 4 setup on Debian. If I set full access in
/etc/gnatsd.host_access then I can run the database over the web. Otherwise
I can't, (although users are setup in gnatsd.access for the database). This
seems to be simply because gnatsweb doesn't ask for the password. Is it
possible to enable this ?
