Disabling email notification of a user

Hi,
 
Does anyone have an idea how to disable email notification of a single
user? I tried editing the Account Preferences under Mange-> Mange User
-> Select User -> Account Preferences. But I'm still receiving the email
notification of any newly created, updated or closed bug issues from my
server. Please help.
