Depends. :)  It is possible to make a few small changes via the 
configuration file, but in order to customize what boxes actually show 
up and in what order, you'll need to modify the core code, mostly 
contained in my_view_page.php and core/my_view_inc.php

I think it is planned (or already in work) to allow some sort of 
customization without modifying code, but I don't know the extent of 
these plans, or how close to implementation they are.
